How it Works

1. Enable the Blood Pressure Reminders setting and enter your regimen for at-home blood pressure monitoring.
2. Enable the Medication Reminders setting and enter your prescription medications schedule.
3. Receive reminders on your iPhone or Watch to take each medication dose and each blood pressure measurement.
4. Mark each medication dose as taken or skipped and collect each blood pressure measurement taken with your cuff.
5. See changes in your blood pressure on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis with beautiful, colorful, auto-generated trend reports. Understand your blood pressure with each measurement classified as either low, optimal, elevated, high, very high, or dangerous.†

† Blood pressure measurement classifications are based on interpretations published by the American Heart Association and Mayo Clinic for low, normal, pre-hypertension, and hypertension related levels.
